As a Fashion Advisor, you will be the face of our brand in the Bali store, creating memorable shopping moments while serving as a trusted personal stylist for every customer. Youll inspire confidence by offering personalized styling advice, sharing in‑depth brand knowledge, and building genuine, long‑term connections. Beyond delivering exceptional service, you will also help drive store sales and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.

• Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and share to respected customers
• Deliver standard service excellence to customer, based on brand guidelines
• Establishing contact and develop relationship with regular and new customers
• To keep and maintain customer database and preferences
• Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
• Performing and maintain daily stock inventory

• Holds at least a Diploma degree from reputable academy or university
• Have at least 2 years of experience in fashion retail
• Have strong business related knowledge and professional communication skill
• Have the passion for sales with strong determination and self-motivated in achieving the goals
• Acquire good team work skill and able to perform job independently, as well as the capability to thrive in todays competitive market
• Have proficiency in both verbal and writting in english is a must
• Having flexibility in work schedule is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as operational need may requirements
