Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Customer Care min. 2 tahun.
3. Mahir mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
4. Memahami konsep Service Excellence
5. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris aktif.
6. Memiliki jiwa pelayanan, komunikasi, dan perilaku yang baik.
7. Dapat bekerja sama dengan team.

JobDesc:

1. Melakukan kunjungan ke pelanggan dan mitra untuk memberikan layanan purna jual.
2. Membuat jadwal kunjungan ke pelanggan dan mitra per bulan.
3. Menghubungi pelanggan untuk kunjungan Customer Care.
4. Membuat summary laporan kunjungan ke pelanggan dan mitra.
5. Melakukan follow up dari hasil kunjungan sampai tuntas.
