About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented FF&E Designer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) solutions from concept through to project completion. You will collaborate closely with the design team, clients, and vendors to ensure all design elements align with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts and support projects from initial design through to completion
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment in line with project requirements and client preferences
• Prepare FF&E schedules and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sourcing and procurement
• Manage timelines and ensure the timely delivery of all FF&E items
• Collaborate with the internal design team and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an FF&E Designer or in a similar role
• Proven experience in interior design projects (consultation, renovation, space planning, and new builds)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Creative with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
