Field Operations Lead for Medical Devices

What Youll Do

• Lead daily operations: device readiness, TS scheduling, and regional coordination.

• Ensure SOP compliance, workload cut-off, and consistent execution across all areas.

• Supervise and develop the operations team (TS, scheduler, QC).

• Mentor junior TS and build an internal leadership pipeline.

• Act as a bridge in handling field conflicts, burnout cases, and cross-team misalignments.

• Guarantee device readiness for surgeries (QC, maintenance, post-use collection).

• Resolve operational issues using PDCA and root cause analysis.

• Drive continuous improvement to minimize operational risks.

• Act as the operational integrator across Sales, Finance, HR, and Inventory.

• Contribute to SOP development, dashboard refinement, and scalable system design.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Health-related field.

• Experience: 5+ years leading field/operations/distribution teams (pharma or medical device background is a plus).
