Finance, Accounting and Tax Supervisor

Requirements :

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

2. Having Brevet A & B certificate.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance and taxation, preferably within the shipping.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

4. Proficient in accounting software.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Must be can speak Fluent in English, Mandarin speaker is Priority.

Job Descriptions :

1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

2. Assist in the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.

3. Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

4. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

6. Respond to inquiries from tax authorities and resolve any tax-related issues.

7. Prepare and carry out reporting related to taxation every month according to the specified schedule (PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 15, PPh 21, and PPN)

8. Handling Petty Cash.

9. Able to prepare financial reports (PL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement)

10. Able to analyze financial report costs.
