About the role
PT. Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking a talented Finance & Accounting Asst Manager to join our team in Kabupaten Kendal Jawa Tengah. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and accounting operations. As the Finance & Accounting Asst Manager, you will be responsible for a range of financial and accounting tasks that are essential to the success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes
Reviewing and reconciling general ledger accounts
Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
Providing support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Assisting with the implementation of financial controls and procedures
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Supervising and mentoring junior finance and accounting staff
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field
Strong working knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations
Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven experience in supervising and mentoring junior finance and accounting staff
