About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Education/Daycare company. Currently, they are looking for Finance, Accounting & HR.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling expenses related to daily operations and consumables.

• Coordinating with external accounting consultants for monthly and annual reports.

• Issuing invoices and managing banking transactions.

• Oversee general administration to ensure smooth operation of the daycare center.

• Support management in maintaining compliance with government regulations related to childcare services.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

• Conversational English level.

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in administration, HR, or accounting (preferably in education, daycare, or service industry).

• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial management (including invoicing and banking).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with consultants or external parties.
