Posisi: Finance Accounting Manager

Lokasi Kerja: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in FMCG / manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience handling full set of accounts & closing process
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 or equivalent is preferred)
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to work full WFO in Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Closing: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS, including full cycle closing
• Accounting Operations: Oversee general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliation, and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Supervise AP/AR processes, ensure timely invoicing, collection, payment, and reconciliation
• Budgeting & Cash Flow Management: Lead budgeting process, monitor actual vs budget, and manage Perusahaan cash flow
• Costing & Inventory Control: Manage inventory costing and financial control for multi-SKU products, especially in FMCG/manufacturing environment
• Audit & Internal Control: Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure strong internal control implementation
• ERP & System Improvement: Support implementation and optimization of ERP systems (SAP B1 or equivalent) and improve financial processes
• Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and develop finance & accounting team to ensure high performance
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and management for financial planning and business decisions
