Finance & Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field (preferably with experience in a startup company or digital marketing company)

2. Proficiency in operating various company accounting software

3. Understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards), Tax Regulations, Financial Statements, and Budgeting

4. Skills in Data Analysis, Forecasting, Cash Management Systems, and Cashflow

5. Tactical thinker with the ability to make decisions effectively and quickly

6. Knowledge of SAK (Financial Accounting Standards) particularly for Manufacturing/Distribution/Retail Financial Reporting

7. Understanding of Internal Audit processes and procedures

8. Good leadership and communication skills

9. Location: Cikarang Utara, West Java

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing all Finance & Accounting activities

2. Analyze revenue, costs, and material consumption

3. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, cost control analysis, tax strategy, budget forecasting, and inventory control

4. Globally review company transactions

5. Examine and supervise company assets to ensure proper usage in accordance with company regulations

6. Manage corporate taxation

7. Coordinate financial and tax audits

8. Prepare monthly reports for Management
