Finance Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join our team at PT. TRAX SUMBIRI INDO in KITB, Batang Central Java. As the Finance Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the companys financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and growth within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all financial and accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and monthly/year-end financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations; responsible for tax calculations and reporting (VAT, income tax, etc.).

• Oversee and coordinate both internal and external audit processes.

• Ensure that financial operations within bonded zones comply with customs and bonded warehouse regulations.

• Manage the finance & accounting team and drive efficiency and accuracy in all financial operations.

• Develop and implement financial policies and SOPs to support sustainable company growth.

• Collaborate with other departments to support financial and accounting needs across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance & accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of bonded zone (bonded warehouse) regulations and customs compliance.

• Solid understanding of taxation and auditing practices; experience handling tax audits.

• Brevet A & B certification is a plus.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar platforms).

• Willing to relocate to the manufacturing site as needed.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
