Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager (Contract basis - 6 months)

1. Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and analysis. Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements to senior management.

2. Accounting: Oversee accounting records, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with group rules and local accounting standards and regulations. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.

3. Tax: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports to tax authorities. Manage all taxation procedures in compliance with local regulations and group policies. Develop tax strategies to optimize the companys tax position. Liaise with tax authorities and manage tax audits. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

4. Cost Management: Manage costs through detailed levels of cost objects and use planning data for variance analysis reporting, budget control, and cash management analysis.

5. Treasury: Manage the companys cash flow and liquidity. Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures. Oversee the management of bank accounts and relationships with financial institutions. Monitor and manage financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange risks. Optimize the companys investment portfolio and manage debt financing.

6. Central Bank Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting to central banks and regulatory authorities. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

7. Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, treasury, and tax specialist. Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
