Finance, Accounting & Tax (Supervisor)

Job Responsibilities :

• Managing the companys financial balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, taxation issue & management reporting.

• Provide recommendations to the top management

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in timely manner

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and investors

• Responsible (either directly or through staff) for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, financial reporting, help drive the companys financial strategy, and Finance/Accounting system monitoring & its application .

• Ensure cash flow is aligned with operations by overseeing the organisations day-to-day accounting, record-keeping, reporting, and internal control activities

• Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new laws and take appropriate action

• Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish necessary corrective actions, and prepare detailed reports for the management team, and the entire company

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) will be an advantage."

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.

• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Supervisor or Manager position, with a strong Proven track record of leadership in a similar role handling Finance, Accounting, and Tax,

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Microsoft dynamics 365, accurate), comfortable learning new software programs and MS Office particularly Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights

• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
