Finance and Accounting Staff

General Requirement ;

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Economic or Accounting from reputable University or Technical College for related position with GPA min. 3

2. Have minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance area.

3. Understand and highly capable of all spectrum of Finance : AP, AR, Treasury, Cashflow, Statutory reporting, monthly closing & tax.

4. Ensure all transactions and journal entries.

5. Good knowledge of Taxation, General Ledger, Financial Statements, detail oriented and having strong analytical skills

6. Able to manage tasks effectively and to manage team member

7. Able to work under pressure with dead line

8. Trustworthy, strong leadership, hard working, accurate, self motivated.

9. Good communication skills in English (both oral and written)

10. Preferably from Freight Forwarding Company

11. Having a home or residence around Bekasi area or North Jakarta

Responsibilities

1. Monitor and track outstanding invoices and payments from customers

2. Contact clients to collect overdue payments and resolve any payment discrepancies

3. Record and reconcile all payments received and update customer records

4. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer transactions

5. Provide excellent customer service to customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer issues or concerns related to payment

7. Assist with other accounting tasks
