Finance and GA

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company that brings over 15 years of experience in mining exports, with established trade across several countries.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash 
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and partners
• Support documentation and financial processes related to export and import activities
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant regulations
• Manage office administration, asset inventory, and vendor coordination 
• Support procurement processes and maintain records of purchases and contracts
• Oversee facility maintenance and general operational needs
• Assist in organizing company events, travel arrangements, and employee logistics
• Liaise with government agencies and service providers when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and general affairs, preferably in the export & import sector 
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with international trade documentation and financial compliance
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
