Finance Controller Manager

Our client, operates in the construction and industrial tools industry, is currently looking for a Finance Controller Manager with experience working at a Big 4 accounting with details as below:

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to meet company and regulatory standards

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including tracking performance and explaining variances

• Ensure compliance with accounting rules and support audit processes, using experience from Big 4 (if applicable)

• Present financial data in a clear way that non-finance teams can understand

• Build financial models and reports using tools like Excel, SAP Analytics, or Tableau

• Support business decisions through planning, risk analysis, and forecasting

• Work with auditors and internal teams to complete audits and financial reviews accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance

• Have experience working in Big 4 company (highly preferable)

• CPA or CFA certification is highly desirable, proficient in English

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial, consultancy or auditing role within a multinational organization

• Demonstrated knowledge in Accounting, Controlling, Forecasting, Auditing, and Reporting

• The ability to simplify a financial message to non-finance stakeholders

• Strong business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) and analysis skills

• Experience in financial planning, modelling and analysis and reporting software preferred (e.g. Excel, Access, Tagetik, SAP Analytics, SQL, Tableau)
