Finance Executive

Job Description :

• Oversees the development and operations of the finance departments in the company

• Reviews new financial policies and budgets in the organization

• Creates and analyses financial monthly or annual reports to senior managers

• Supervises the preparation of the account reconciliation

• Assists with the companys cash flow forecasting

• Monitors and enforces compliance with tax and financial reporting standards

• Prepares the companys financial report and monitors accounting records

• Supports the organizations goal by ensuring that its financial position guarantees success

Job Requirements :

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting, banking and experienced in handling letter of credits

• Effectively bilingual in English and Bahasa

• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel & Powerpoint

• An independent and a proactive approach to learning

• Attention to details, meticulousness, and numeracy skills

• Team player

• Effective communication, both written and verbal is essential
