Job Description
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, monitor project performance, and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
  • Oversee financial closing, ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP/IFRS, and coordinate with auditors.
  • Manage cash flow planning, funding, and payments to ensure project liquidity.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team, implement internal controls and SOPs.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, analyze data, and communicate with partners and stakeholders.
  • Deeply analyze the numbers and make sure the report is correct.
  • Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
  • Minimum bachelors degree in Finance Accounting
  • Have 5 years of experience as Finance Manager in the large-scale Property Industry
  • Having experience in a housing Project (landed project etc.)
  • Deeply understanding about property business is important.
  • Familiar with accurate
  • English (business level)
  • Having strong leadership
