Finance Staff (AR)

About the role

PT Westindo Esa Perkasa is seeking a talented Finance Staff (AR) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the companys financial operations and reporting functions.

What youll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and recorded

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process, including reconciliations and adjustments

• Support the accounting team in the implementation of financial policies and procedures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry

• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Preferably domiciled in North Jakarta
