Finance Staff

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Surgika Alkesindo in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling a range of financial tasks that are crucial to the success of our organisation.

Jobdesc:

1. Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable

2. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports and other accounting documents

3. Performing bank reconciliations and cash flow management

4. Providing support in the implementation of financial policies and procedures

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial integrity of the business

6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

7. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail in all financial matters

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance role

3. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail

4. Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

6. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
