We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Finance & Investor Relations professional to work closely with the CFO in supporting fundraising, investor relations, financial analysis and strategic corporate initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Investor Relations

• Prepare investor presentations, teasers, pitch decks and information memoranda.
• Support equity and debt fundraising activities.
• Coordinate due diligence requests and maintain the virtual data room.
• Prepare Board papers and management presentations.
• Support communication with investors, lenders and strategic partners.
• Assist with shareholder reporting and investor updates.

Financial Analysis

• Develop and maintain integrated financial models.
• Prepare business plans, budgets and cashflow forecasts.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Support working capital and debt financing initiatives.
• Analyse business performance and recommend improvements.

Business & Investment Analysis

• Evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and investment proposals.
• Prepare financial models, valuations and investment analyses.
• Support M&A, joint ventures and strategic projects where required.

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Business teams to gather financial information.
• Ensure financial data used in presentations and reports is accurate and consistent.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-8 years in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Big 4 Deals, FP&A, Strategy or Investor Relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience working with fundraising (equity/debt), finncial modeling, corporate valuation, financial data and preparing presentations or reports for investors and management, and experience of working in startup or high growth sectors is preferred.

COMPETENCIES

• Good financial analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
• Clear communication
• Ability to organize information and prepare structured reports.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong English language verbal and written skills.
