Financial Controller - Corporate Office

MidPlaza Holding is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Controller for our Corporate Office, based in Bali. This pivotal role will involve overseeing all financial activities of the corporate entity, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our organizational goals. The Financial Controller will oversee budgeting, financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes, while collaborating with other departments to optimize financial performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial background, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to drive financial strategy within the corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis processes for the corporate office, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee the consolidation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, presenting financial performance and trends to executive leadership.
• Guide and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven experience in banking transaction and Indonesia accounting standard & tax.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software (SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel or relocate may be required based on business needs.
