OTO.com operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FinOps Manager to oversee and continuously improve our financial transaction processes. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial operations, supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end financial transaction processes, including disbursements, repayments, and reconciliations.

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness through daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations (e.g., bank statements, ledgers, virtual accounts).

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and third-party platforms (banks, payment gateways, and partners).

  • Drive operational efficiency and reduce risks through process automation, development of SOPs, and implementation of effective tools.

  • Monitor fund movements and ensure adequate liquidity across all operational accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in financial services is highly preferred, especially in P2P lending, multifinance, or banking.

  • Growth mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and handling large-scale data sets.

  • Deep understanding of financial reconciliation and business processes, and how they integrate with financial operations.

  • Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.

  • Experience in financial services is highly preferred, especially in P2P lending, multifinance, or banking.
