FP&A Manager (Temporary Replacement)

Lokasi: Jakarta

Employment Type: Contract / Temporary Assignment

Target Join Date: 1 September 2026

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced and hands-on FP&A Manager to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity / extended leave period. This role will play a key role in managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, including leading and coordinating the Perusahaan’s annual budget preparation for the upcoming fiscal year.

This Posisi is ideal for someone who is adaptable, analytical, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly integrate with the existing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process for the upcoming fiscal year across business units
• Prepare budgeting templates, financial assumptions, and consolidation reports
• Drive budgeting discussions with department heads and management stakeholders
• Lead forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis activities
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and financial performance
• Monitor business performance, cost control, and profitability analysis
• Support management with financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Coordinate closely with business units and finance stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting
• Support ongoing finance projects and operational activities within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance
• Strong exposure in annual budgeting and forecasting processes is mandatory
• Prior experience in managerial or team lead role is preferred
• Strong analytical, reporting, and business partnering skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Experience from automotive, retail, dealership, or multinational environment is a plus
• Available to join by 1 September 2026
