Fit out Staff (AEON MALL DELTA MAS)

• Proficient in computer skills, especially AutoCAD and SketchUp

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Fit-Out / Civil

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

• Strong understanding of workshop drawings and material finishing

• High willingness to work hard and collaborate in a team

• Possess integrity, discipline, creativity, and innovation

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Area

• Review and monitor the fit-out process for tenant units and island counters, from drawing submission and consultation to ensuring design and implementation are in accordance with the malls standards and guidelines (including day-to-day site monitoring).

• Provide guidance, assistance, and ensure work progress complies with standards while supervising contractor safety programs.

• Ensure all quality control procedures are executed for company projects at the work site in a timely and efficient manner.

• Manage the handover process with tenants, including administration and pre-handover inspections.

• Develop and maintain Fit-Out policies and procedures, and liaise with contractors/vendors regarding fit-out works.

• Plan fit-out activities and prepare cost estimations for maintenance, repairs, and facility development proposals.

• Conduct incident/accident investigations and report recommended actions to management.

• Liaise and maintain active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL to ensure a smooth fit-out process and achieve tenant satisfaction.
