1. Marketing fixed income products such as government and corporate bonds to institutional and/or high-net-worth individual clients.

2. Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new clients.

3. Providing clients with market insights, product knowledge, and investment recommendations.

4. Collaborating with research and trading desks to obtain competitive pricing and develop client strategies.

5. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the fixed income business.

6. Identifying market opportunities and delivering effective sales strategies.

7. Ensuring all transactions comply with OJK regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fixed income sales or capital market sales.

• Holder of valid WPPE or WMI license from OJK is preferred.

• Strong understanding of fixed income instruments, both conventional and sharia-compliant.

• Established network with institutional investors (banks, insurance companies, pension funds, etc.) and/or high-net-worth individuals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and client-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
