What will you do:
Manage & supervise daily fleet operations at project site.
Arrange vehicle & driver schedules to support site activities.
Ensure availability, condition, and readiness of vehicles.
Handle petty cash, fleet administration, and asset records.
Monitor driver performance & discipline, provide regular guidance.
Analyze fleet utilization reports for optimization.
Coordinate with project users, vendors, and workshops.
Resolve fleet issues quickly and provide solutions.
Prepare periodic reports on fleet activity, costs, and performance..
What are the requirements:
Min. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (Transportation/Engineering/Management preferred).
3+ years of experience in fleet management, preferably at project site.
Knowledge of vehicle operations, maintenance, and driver management.
Willing to work at site in OKI (Sungai Baung, Palembang) with a roster schedule
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
