Floor Captain - Osteria GIA Semarang

Job Descriptions:

  • The Leader takes the guests orders, serves food and beverages, prepares itemized checks and accepts payments for processing

  • The Leader is the primary person responsible for clearing and setting up tables in his/her area along with providing his guests with any condiments or additional cutleries they may require

  • Knowledge on the restaurant, its products and promotions is crucial for the Leader to know as they are the main contact with the guest

  • The Leader may also have the responsibility of additional side duties such as polishing chinaware/cutleries, refilling condiments and guest supplies

  • He/She may also be responsible for opening or closing the guest seating area as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager 

Job Requirements:

  • Age maximum 27 Years old

  • Hospitality or F&B background

  • Have a good ability to work both as team or individual

  • Minimum 1 year work experiences as a Waiter/Server in lifestyle concept restaurant

  • Willing to be placed in Semarang area
