What You'll Do
Supervise daily floor activities to maintain smooth operations and consistent service quality
Guide, support, and motivate team members to provide a welcoming and efficient guest experience
Coordinate floor tasks, including seating arrangements, cleanliness, and overall guest flow
Assist with monitoring stock usage on the floor and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant team
Keep track of floor performance, contribute to sales targets, and help manage daily expenses
Ensure all floor activities comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Work closely with the management and marketing team to carry out promotions or special events that enhance guest satisfaction
Encourage and implement eco-friendly practices in alignment with company values
Qualifications
2-3 years of proven experience in hospitality, preferably within the F&B industry
Strong people skills with experience supervising a team
Guest-focused with excellent communication and service mindset
Able to solve problems quickly and maintain professionalism under pressure
Detail-minded, organized, and proactive in daily tasks
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willing to be based in Ubud
