Requirements:

• Domiciled in Bali (preferred)

• Age between 27 - 35 years old

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospitality and F&B industry as Floor Supervisor or in a similar role

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage and motivate a team to achieve service excellence

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• English proficiency is required (spoken & written)

• Good organizational and multitasking ability

• Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude
