Football Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and scouting promising football talent, leveraging (y)our concept, extensive network and expertise;

• Negotiate and secure contracts for clients, including transfers, sponsorships, and endorsement deals;

• Develop and execute personalized career strategies for each player, focusing on long-term growth and success both on- and off the pitch;

• Manage and nurture relationships with clubs, brands, and other key stakeholders in the football industry;

• Connect clients with lucrative Brand Ambassador and KOL opportunities, maximizing their off-field potential;

• Provide comprehensive guidance on financial management, public relations, and personal branding with the assistance of a strong team, which you will lead;

• Stay informed about market trends, transfer regulations, and industry developments to make strategic decisions;

• Represent Status Pro Sport and our clients at matches, industry events, and high-profile networking opportunities;

• Collaborate with our HQ in the Netherlands, Indonesia and external professionals to ensure all contracts and agreements protect our clients interests;

• Monitor and analyze client performance, both on and off the pitch, to continuously improve their marketability and value.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in athlete representation, contract negotiation, or talent management, preferably within football.

• Proven track record of securing contracts, endorsements, and sponsorship deals for players.

• Strong understanding of football industry dynamics, including league regulations, transfer markets, and contract structures.

• Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills with clubs, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

• Deep knowledge of FIFA, league, and player association regulations related to player contracts and transfers.

• Exceptional communication and inter personal skills, with the ability to represent clients professionally.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple clients and contracts simultaneously.

• Passion for football and a strong network within the industry to help players advance their careers.
