Foreman Production

Responsibilities
  • Ensure production output meets quality and quantity targets.

  • Plan and allocate manpower effectively.

  • Lead daily team briefings and monitor performance.

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the production area.

  • Monitor material usage and drive efficiency.

  • Initiate continuous improvement for productivity, quality, and safety.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage manufacturing; machine operation experience is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work under pressure.

  • Knowledge of ISO 22000 and Halal Assurance System is an advantage.

  • Willing to work in shifts and be placed in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
