PositionWe are looking for a freelance Divemaster or Dive Instructor to join our team and lead dive trips for resort guests. This is a freelance/contract position with flexible hours, perfect for someone passionate about the ocean, teaching, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Guiding certified divers on dive trips (boat and/or shore dives)
Assisting with dive planning, logistics, and guest briefings
Ensuring safety standards and maintaining professional dive practices
Providing a friendly, customer-focused experience
Optionally: Teaching courses (depending on certification and demand)
Requirements
Valid Divemaster or Instructor certification (PADI, SSI, or equivalent)
Current dive insurance & medical clearance
Minimum 50+ logged dives (100+ preferred)
Professional, safety-first attitude with strong guest communication skills
Ability to work freelance / on-call basis
Languages: English required, other languages (German, Indonesian, etc.) a plus
