Job description :

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand & business goals
• Define content pillars and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling
• Lead content calendar planning and ensure alignment with campaign objectives
• Analyze performance deeply and generate actionable insights & optimizations
• Collaborate closely with creative, performance, strategist, and client to shape content direction
• Lead campaign ideation and execution across platforms
• Oversee community management strategy and engagement approach
• Ensure quality control of all content outputs (design, copy, video)
• Deliver comprehensive monthly reports with strategic recommendations
• Mentor junior team members and guide execution quality

Requirements :

• 3–5 years experience in social media / digital (agency preferred)
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
• Deep understanding of content performance drivers & platform algorithms
• Experience handling multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategy
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
