Freelance Video Production Assistant

We are seeking a Freelance Video Production Assistant to support our team for a short-term project (2-4 days). The role involves assisting in various aspects of video production, both on set and in supporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

 On-Set Support

 Assist during filming by setting up equipment, preparing props, and ensuring smooth shoot operations.

 Help coordinate logistics and support the production crew as needed.

 Administrative & Office Support

 Assist with simple paperwork, schedules, and script preparation.

 Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution.

 Post-Production Support (if required)

 Help the editing team organize footage and files.

 Ensure smooth workflow between production and post-production.

Requirements:

 Prior experience in video production (student projects or freelance work welcome).

 Understanding of basic production processes (pre-production, production, post-

production).

 Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

 Able to work under time pressure and follow directions quickly.

 Available for 2-4 full working days (flexible schedule depending on production needs).

 Familiarity with basic editing software is an advantage, but not mandatory.
