About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to join the team at PT China Taiping Insurance Indonesia, a leading provider of insurance and superannuation services. Based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, this full-time role will see you play a key part in the companys actuarial operations, utilizing your analytical skills and Mandarin language proficiency.

What youll be doing

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges

• Participating in the development and implementation of new actuarial methodologies and processes

• Continuously learning and updating your knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

What were looking for

• A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Management or a related field

• Excellent command of the Mandarin or English language, both written and spoken

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights

• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information to non-technical stakeholders

• A keen interest in the insurance and superannuation industry, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
