• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per bulan

A Salon in Legian, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Front Desk Staff (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as well as ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.

• Explain salon services and assist clients with bookings in person, via WhatsApp, and social media

• Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage deposits for large bookings

• Order and manage salon stock, ensuring necessary supplies are available

• Facilitate communication between clients and stylists for seamless service

• Explain aftercare instructions and upsell products

• Follow up and confirm client bookings daily

• Report important salon updates to management daily

• Assist in preparing monthly expense and income reports

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Proven experience working as a Front Desk or in a related position 

• Friendly, confident and excellent communication skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Proactive, eager to learn and able to take initiative

• At least one year of experience in a similar role is ideal
