Front-End Web Developer

Job Description

As a Front-End Web Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and HCMS (Human Capital Management System).

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and fix bugs in web-based systems

• Customize and develop features for client projects

• Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness

• Support light implementation tasks for multiple clients

• Collaborate with consultants and sales teams

• Explore and adopt new technologies for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field

• 1-2 years of front-end development experience (fresh graduates are welcome with proven internship experience)

• Proficient in:

  • PHP (Laravel)

  • Next.js

  • REST API

  • PostgreSQL / SQL Server

• Strong programming logic and attention to detail

• Independent, proactive, and a team player

• Communicative, open to feedback, and responsible

• Passionate about building large-scale systems
