Front Officer - Cashier

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in cashiering or customer service is an advantage

• Basic math and computer/POS skills

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Friendly, communicative, and customer-focused

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Good English skills

Job Descriptions:

• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner

• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions

• Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of the shift

• Ensure accuracy in billing and reporting discrepancies when needed

• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies

• Follow company procedures for cash handling and security

• Provide basic product or service information to customers

• Cooperate with the team and maintain good communication with the supervisor
