We are looking for a Furniture Export Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Batavia Living Furniture. This role is based in our factory office in Balaraja, Tangerang.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in furniture export marketing from a manufacturing background.

  • Experienced in attending international furniture exhibitions.

  • Familiar with overseas outdoor furniture brands, export processes (FOB terms, etc.), and furniture testing standards.

  • General knowledge of outdoor furniture materials (metal framing, weaving, wood).

  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written) with confidence in communicating directly with overseas buyers (Europe, USA, and other regions).

  • Digitally savvy: comfortable using email, Google Drive, Google Sheets, MS Office, minor document editing, and basic AI tools for image editing.

  • Quick response in online communications.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and neat in handling documents.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with export clients such as furniture brands and wholesalers.

  • Handle sales enquiries and general administration for marketing.

  • Work together with R&D department for product development requested by client (design, specification, etc) and become the bridge of communication between client and production.

  • Handle export exhibition such as annual IFEX in Jakarta.

  • Seek new market, innovation of product and potential clients for furniture exports.
