Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and recommend potential locations for new outlet openings in line with the company's growth strategy.
Conduct comprehensive location feasibility studies, including demographic analysis, competitor mapping, traffic flow, and market potential.
Manage lease, purchase, or partnership negotiations with property owners and external stakeholders.
Lead the end-to-end relocation process for existing outlets, ensuring smooth operational transition, renovation, and layout adjustments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in expansion, property acquisition, or real estate management Preferably in the F&B or Retail Industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with property, facility and asset
Proven ability to conduct market and location feasibility analysis in a fast-paced business environment.
Willingness to travel frequently to oversee project sites across multiple locations.
