Role Overview

The General Manager will oversee the overall operations, guest services, financial performance, and team management of the Svara by Mazari Villas. This role ensures high standards of hospitality, efficient operations, and profitability while maintaining the brand reputation and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field.Minimum 5-7 years of managerial experience in luxury hospitality (villa, resort, or boutique hotel).

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.

  • Excellent communication in English (additional languages preferred).

  • Hands-on, guest-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
