What you will do:
General Responsibility
The Art Team plays an integral role in shaping the visual aspects of all marketing materials of MIFX, ensuring that each piece of content, whether digital or print, aligns with the brand’s identity and messaging goals.
Required for any member of the Art Team to have a creative mind that can translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals that capture attention, communicate effectively, and drive engagement and top goal.
Develop and implement unique marketing strategies and campaigns through visual design elements that effectively communicate and promote brand identity and values.
Manage, and maintain a centralized library of design assets, templates, and key visuals to ensure efficiency and brand consistency across all channels.
Understand the characteristics, strengths, and limitations of various marketing channels (digital, social media, OOH, events, and others) to deliver effective creative executions tailored to each medium.
Analyze marketing challenges and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
Innovate and experiment with new visual and graphic techniques to evolve the brand aesthetic while maintaining brand integrity and consistency.
Organize project files, maintain documentation, and ensure proper archiving of all design assets for long-term usability and collaboration.
Develop skills in areas such as design software, visual storytelling, and project management, for both ownself and team members of Graphic Designers.
Build a basic understanding of the financial and technology industry, particularly investment products (forex, stocks, crypto, mutual funds), to create accurate and effective visual communication.
Specific Responsibility
Develop visual concepts and graphics for various projects such as branding, marketing materials, advertisements, social media, website and more. This involves translating creative briefs or project requirements into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
Maintain brand identities that reflect the essence and values of the brand through visual. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms by developing design materials that strictly adhere to the brand identity guidelines.
Manages element layouts on design are visually appealing, easy to understand, and aligned with project objectives.
Edit & Enhances quality, adjust colors, remove imperfections, and create visual effects images using graphic design software or AI.
Manage text layouts in an appealing and readable manner, demonstrating a strong command of typography principles such as hierarchy, spacing, and alignment to ensure high-quality visual results.
Utilize AI prompting techniques to assist in generating creative concepts and develop visuals.
Implement established brand color palettes based on color theory principles to ensure visual harmony and emotional resonance while maintaining strict brand consistency.
Actively participate in brainstorming, ideation, and design discussion sessions.
Present creative ideas and design concepts clearly to stakeholders, providing ideas behind design decisions to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Collaborate with other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, incorporate feedback, and ensure that designs meet expectations and objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Stay updated on design trends, AI trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and incorporate fresh ideas into designs.
Prepare final design files for print or digital production, ensuring they meet technical specifications through meticulous double-checking to prevent errors and ensure they are ready for implementation.
Collaborate with members of product marketing to effectively communicate marketing strategies and campaigns to internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve maximum ROI.
What will you need:
Education:
Min. associate/bachelor's degree in DKV/Design/Art Communication/Illustration or other related fields.
Experience:
Min. 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a proven portfolio in graphic design/illustration.
Hands-on experience with graphic design software, including but not limited to Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Familiar with the digital product environment, preferably in the fintech sector.
Experienced in involving AI tools within the design process for ideation, prompting, and asset generation.
Additional Knowledge:
Basic understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to create interactive animations for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
Basic understanding of Marketing and Advertising principle, to be able in comprehending target audiences, brand messaging, and marketing strategies in order to create graphic designs that effectively communicate marketing messages and engage viewers.
Experience/understanding of the financial and technology sector, especially investment (forex, stocks, crypto, mutual funds, etc).
Technical Skills
Graphic Design Software, such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign – for creating and manipulating visual elements.
Graphic Design Principles, able to apply fundamental design principles including balance, contrast, emphasis, hierarchy, repetition, and unity.
Image Editing and Retouching, for refining visuals, adjusting colors, removing imperfections, and creating visual effects.
Layout Design, for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, website interfaces, and email newsletters. This involves arranging text, images, and other visual elements in a visually appealing and effective manner.
Typography Principles, able to select appropriate typefaces, arrange text, and create typographic hierarchy to enhance readability and visual impact.
Color Theory, such as color harmony, contrast, and psychology – for creating visually appealing color schemes and conveying desired emotions or messages through color.
AI Tools & Prompting, Capable of using generative AI for brainstorming ideas and generating or enhancing visual references to support the creative process.
Print Production Process and Specification, for paper-based projects including knowledge of file formats, color modes, resolution, and preparing files for print.
File Management and Organization, to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to resources.
Basic-level of English proficiency, both speaking and writing purposes, in a professional setting.
