Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for heavy equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Monitor and guide technicians in daily maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Control the usage of spare parts, tools, and resources to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports on equipment condition, maintenance performance, and downtime analysis.
Collaborate with Production, Safety, and Warehouse teams to support smooth mining operations and minimize equipment downtime.
Minimum education Senior High School (SMA) or Diploma (D3), preferably in Heavy Equipment Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Group Leader / Foreman Plant in a coal mining contractor.
Holder of a valid BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certificate.
Proven experience in supervising plant maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, and predictive).
Familiar with handling heavy equipment such as HDT/OHT, Excavator, Dump Truck R10/12, Bulldozer, and Grader.
Willing to be assigned in South Kalimantan or Central Kalimantan project areas.
