Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for providing excellent guest service both on-site and through digital channels (WhatsApp Groups)

• Handles payment collection and processing as needed

• Accommodates walk-in guests by processing reservations and providing necessary information

• Collects, analyzes, and reports on relevant data to track performance and identify trends.

Job Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional settings

• Good attitude and positive personality

• Skilled in using hospitality management software such as ZUZU, GuestPro, and various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

• Can work with team and individual

• Willing to work on-site at various locations in Nusa Dua, Ungasan, and Jimbaran, as per the assigned schedule

• Willing to be available for on-call duties after regular working hours to respond to guest inquiries and requests via WhatsApp or other communication channels.
