Role Description
A Guest Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for creating a positive guest experience by providing warm, professional, and personalized service. The role ensures smooth communication between guests and the company, handles inquiries or complaints efficiently, and enhances overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring their special requirements and expectations are exceeded.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Provide accurate information about company services, facilities, promotions, or events.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Maintain guest profiles and records to support personalized service.
Monitor guest feedback and communicate improvement opportunities to management.
Support the implementation of customer service standards and company policies.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand's values at all times.
Qualifications:
Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent Communication skills, fluent in English
Ability to handle complaints and inquiries effectively
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
