Lurline Bay is looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our Restaurant (Sushimi, Ling-Lings, Shooters, Takumi, and Chow Chow).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Guest Relation Officer is an advantage

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong written and spoken communication skills

• Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Sales: Conduct direct marketing to guests, promoting events, catering services, and group bookings. Identify and pursue opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

• Guest & Relationship Management: Build direct relationships with guests to identify new VIPs/influencers and expand our CRM database. Develop and maintain professional relationships with key business partners, including hotels, local communities, and travel agencies.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with venue managers and operations teams to meet guest needs and support daily operations. Share customer feedback with relevant management.

• Data Collection & Promotion: Gather marketing data to optimize strategies and improve guest satisfaction. Ensure the availability of promotional materials across all venues and encourage digital engagement from guests.
