• Interaction with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner • Provide information about Aquatic and Non-Aquatic animal to guests • Anticipate and address guests service needs

Persyaratan Khusus

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent. • One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate are welcome to apply. • Experienced as tour guide will be advantage• Pleasant personality with great hospitality attitude.• Ability to communicate in English.• Maintain high quality of service and timely execution.• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
