Job Description: Memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh aktivitas front office untuk memastikan pelayanan tamu berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai standar IHG. Menangani keluhan tamu secara profesional dan memberikan solusi yang cepat serta memuaskan. Melatih, mengembangkan, dan mengatur jadwal tim Guest Service agar memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan kenyamanan tamu selama menginap. Menjaga standar brand Holiday Inn dalam setiap aspek pelayanan. Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken & written). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star hotel. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Guest-oriented, professional, and able to work under pressure. Familiar with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems.
