PT Indonesia Research Institute Japan (IRIJ) is a company engaged in research and business consulting. We are currently expanding our business in the Japanese language education sector in Parung, Bogor. IRIJ is seeking the right candidate to fill the position of Japanese Language Teacher with the following requirements:

Qualification:

1. Proven experience teaching the Japanese language in formal or informal settings.

2. JLPT certificate minimum N2 (or N3 with relevant teaching experience).

3. BNSP teaching competency certification.

4. Ability to design and conduct effective teaching evaluations and student progress assessments.

Job Descriptions:

1. Teach classes as scheduled and assist in preparing learning materials and exam questions.

2. Collaborate with teachers and content creators to upload questions, refine syllabi, and improve teaching quality.

3. Review exams, prepare student progress reports, and support other language-related activities.

4. Support student learning goals, including standby duty, overtime, or extra classes as needed.

5. Submit daily reports on teaching activities and developed materials.
