• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp12,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per bulan
• Posisi ini adalah perekrutan yang mendesak.

FOLIE BALI is looking for a new Chef de Cuisine for a fresh new leadership in our Hot Kitchen section.

Senior cook who understands his/her responsibilities beyond putting his/her flare of art on the plates.

Requirements:

• Understanding advanced cooking methods. Knowledge about ingredients, cooking techniques, and twitsts of creativity.

• Having Big responsibility to lead, manage and train his team.

• Having the heart to serve in Hospitality industry, humble and honest character is deeply appreciated.

• Having ambition to stretch further and vision to help us expand our business.

• Ability to manage stock, costing and wastage efficiently.

• Healthy physically to work under pressure in fast paced kitchen.

• Deep understanding of both French and Indonesian cuisine is valued.
